We accept referrals from a wide range of sources, including self-referrals, attending physicians, detox centers, behavioral health inpatient centers, payers, employers, corrections departments, adult probation, schools, churches, juvenile probation, AZ-DOT, DCS, the justice system, county social workers, community outreach programs, case managers, and other healthcare service providers.

DUI SCREENING, DUI EDUCATION, AND DUI SERVICES & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CLASSES.
After being arrested under the suspicion of a DUI, the MVD requires a DUI Screening (ARS 28-1385) to meet state requirements.
Anza Wellness is a licensed provider of DUI screening, education, and services, contracted with the MVD (Motor Vehicle Division) to offer these programs. We also provide misdemeanor domestic violence classes, meeting Arizona DHS requirements.
After a DUI arrest, the MVD mandates a DUI screening to determine the necessary education or treatment. Anza Wellness provides both the screening and the required educational classes, tailored to individual needs and court requirements. We offer a variety of program lengths, including 8, 16, 20, 36, and 56 hours.
